The following video was developed for French petroleum company Total for their in-house training sessions on phone answering skills. The film will be used as an ice-breaker to introduce the subject and to launch a discussion among staff.

While the receptionist in this example is not exactly rude, her tone and
attitude are unprofessional, and the experience is very frustrating for the client.
